No picture yet but received a $20 bill from the ATM with this serial number today: 35355353

Is this a binary radar? What would something like this be worth in a mostly crisp but lightly circulated bill?

You are correct.That is a binary radar. Nice find. As for the value, It is hard to say with out a pic but I have seen CHU examples selling for $100 on other web sights.

I agree, that is a stellar find. A non-binary radar twenty generally sells for $5-10 over face in any condition. I sold a 2006 series twenty with a serial of 21155112 for just over $28 online. Yours will fetch double or triple that with the binary.
