Oh, You'll Like This...1921 Wheat Cent!

Right, so if I whip out my dremel, I can get 10 bucks for my old wheaties?

I think it could be a fake copper plated steel shell and a dime can be hidden in the reverse side.
If it is real and hollowed out it could still be picked up with a little sticky stuff (tape) on a couple fingers. Maybe it is home made.
The coin is laid flat on a table with the heads side showing and the dime underneath. A magnet it hovered over the coin and the steel "lid" is magically lifted, converting a "penny" into a dime.
I have a set that does this, I have two Wheat cent shells, one is heads and one is tails. Here is an old post of mine showing my magic trick with the hollow tails.

As a magic trick piece it has a little entertainment value, but the bidding has already exceeded that in my opinion.

I can't believe someone paid $20 for that.
