1995 Dbl Die Reverse

I been going threw and pulling some of my coins I thought may be Double Dies/errors cents for you to look at here. I have two I am posting tonight. Also, is there a rule of thumb for error coin prices or do you just list them on places like ebay and see what they bring.

This one is a 1995 with doubling on the ONE CENT. It plainly a double die or I think it is. If so, where can you get an appraisal on error cents. I really like coming here and having a group around that is intereted and voices their thoughts on error. Great Forum for us error hunting (nuts)/

I believe that is Mechanical Doubling.
