1934P Washington quarter, Light Motto I believe... Was listed a Choice BU when I bought it.

I'll vote MS65 and you might want to check the variety tables concerning the weak motto. Very nice coin!

I know that these early ones are weakly struck making photograding difficult. One really has to see the luster to be sure. If the luster is unbroken on the hair knot about the ear and the eagle's breast on the reverse, then I would say MS64. There are a number of bagmarks on the eagle's right wing (left wing from our POV) that keep this from a 65. If the luster is broken then I'd say AU58.

The luster seems unbroken and I could not find any rub under magnification. It seems to be a light motto when looking at the spacing etc. I am definitely not an expert if this is a LM, and anything over MS60, I did alright. Regardless, I enjoy looking at it and will be keeping it raw long-term.
