I know this has to be a PMD but I just have to get the experts opinions. There is what looks to be a P in between the F and A on the reverse. The P seems to be raised but I'm really not sure yet. There is also a high shine to it all over. I really think it has been polished. I tried to get as many pictures as possible to help, hope they are okay. Any ideas?

The surface doesn't look correct. Maybe something was applied to the coin and some areas are peeling the area you question? Definitely not a keeper.
