man these things are hard to grade from photographs because they are so small and to be able to show them of size everything has to be blown up so much. I am going to guess at least AU-50 and may even be MS on this one

It's hard, but I think it's AU58, possible MS63ish? That's based on guessing that lines in the fields on the obverse are die polishing lines, since they seem to go under the devices. If those are post-mint, I'd say it's more like AU53.

The parallel lines on the obverse look like hairline scratches. Presumably the coin has retoned after an old cleaning. I'm not seeing any definite luster although I would expect some given the overall lack of wear. Perhaps it's just the lighting, or maybe the luster has been dipped or cleaned away.

Sharper, higher-resolution images would be helpful for nailing down the condition.
