1944 Penny 2 Die Cracks?

I was going through some wheat pennies and I found this. Looks like 2 die cracks to me but I'm not sure. One goes all the way through Abe from top to bottom. The other is on his left shoulder, goes up just below the Y in liberty and that area below the Y is raised/filled. Thoughts? Is it a keeper?

Looks more like a lamination problem to me.
