I will go with VF-25/30 details. It is too bright to have not been cleaned.

I'll agree with both above me! cleaned but other than that looks good, a small scratch on the reverse at the lower arrow tip is the only issue I see.

thanks for your thoughts. I know it was cleaned at some point in past, and am more interested in the details. But about how much would cleaning detract from the RedBook or Numismedia value? Just trying to confirm to myself I didn't overpay (or at least not too much).
