Supposedly, unmintmarked ASE are slobbed with mintmarks because "collectors" demanded them.

Does this mean if I send an unopened 1975 proof set in for individual certification, I'll have the only slobbed 1975s quarter and half in existence?

Isn't it odd that no one "demanded" this proof of where those coins came from? Consider that when you look at the future demand for these new slabs.

I like the point made. If they can slab the ASE as (W) or (S) because of the box that they opened, why not (1975) on the sealed 1975 proof sets they open.
