Does anyone know anything about a SILVER 2002P Indiana Statehood Quarter? The quarter is all silver in color including the reeded edge.

You would need to weigh it. Many places like QVC sold silver gold and platinum PLATED coins....there are silver proof coins which would have the "s" mint mark so if no "s" it is definitely silver plated

All silver State Quarters were minted at San Francisco as proofs. A weight will tell you for sure but you most likely have a CuNi clad quarter that has been silver plated post-mint, very common for State Quarters.

Thank you all for the replies. I knew that only the S mints were for the silver quarters and that some quarters were gold plated as I have the gold plated ones from 1999-20002. They came in a set from HSN or QVC. Can't remember which place. But I wasn't aware of there being SILVER plated ones or even platinum ones. Will still check the weight to verify. If it is plating, then they did a great job as I couldn't tell that it was anything other than silver. It is in excellent condition and showed up in one of my new BWR I got today. Also found 3 DDR's from early 80's and a 1980 proof quarter. Additionaly, there was one Canadian quarter. This all came from 44 BWR's.
Was a great search that I was able to share with a dear friend of 14 whom I consider as the son of my heart. I used to babysit him from the time he was 10 months old until he turned 3. Was able to spend time with him off and on again ever since. We shared coins as a hobby all through the years and he has taken a renewed interest in collecting along with me. He was at the store a few nights ago and the cashier handed him two dimes in change. He was ecstatic because one of them is a Mercury head dime in very decent condition and we had just been talking about how nice it would be to get one of those in change....lol.

That is impressive to get a Mercury dime.

Do you have any photos of the DDRs? What years/states/mints are they from?

I took some of the coins to a coin dealer today and he says that the quarter may be platinum plated but is not silver on any level. The ones that look like DDRs he looked at and said they were die characteristics. He told me that mine very closely resembled a double die but were not a true double die, at least for the ones he looked at. I didn't bring in all of them to him. He also recommended that I buy both Cherry picker's guides available to develop a more discerning eye since I am much more heavily into collecting now. So, I have coins that closely resemble some double dies and he said most people would probably mistake them for a double die. Since he has alwas given me great advice in the past I will buy the guides at my earliest convenience. He showed me a truly doubled die on a 1972 penny and it was superb to examine. The doubling effect on the lettering is a bit heavier and exists across all of the lettering on the coin on the face. He even gave me a 1993 D uncirculated penny as a gift just for coming in for advice. So now I am anticipating getting my guides and reading up on what I need to know. Knowledge is enlightening and valuable. And even for strong die characteristics as he called it the coins may still sell well above their face value of only the 25 cents and 50 cents I paid. At least for now I plan to keep them in my coin album. Some of mine do have the lettering overlapped on all of the lettering on the back of the coin and I will bring those to him on another day.

Have not gotten my light box built yet due to a myriad of things that came up this week so I still can't get photos of my coins without the light flashing so brightly that it is impossible to see the coin clearly. I would love to post some pics and will probably be able to do so the middle of next week. All this week I have been on the go. I finally am resting while I type this reply and then it's off to sleep I go.

You need to realize though that there are something like nine different types of doubled dies and the ones you may find on the State Quarters will not be anything like the type that created the 1972 doubled die cent (assuming he showed you the major one)

OK missed the point that your doubled dies were on earlier pieces show they could show any of the different types of doubled dies. You also need to be familier withthe appearance of Machine Doubling Damage as it trips up a lot of people making them think they have doubled dies.
