I don't believe this coin is genuine, I could be wrong, but it just doesn't look like a 220 year old coin.

I'm passing on that one, the obverse side doesn't look right. WIsh I could see it under a 10x loupe and a light as the 'bonnet' (or lack of) looks fake.

Hair looks wrong etc, they're doing better with copper though. I'm going to inform the seller first. Ask if hes taken it for a professional opinion and whatnot.

And the letters, the numbers, even the denticles look wrong. Unless this is a previously unknown die pair...

Looks like an obvious fake. I agree with coinguybrian that the hair looks all wrong. As does her face and the rest of the coin.

If it's a fake will the second cent of equal value he's offering be worth $0.00 also?

Yeah, imagine the slap in the face when the buyer opens up the envelope to find this "1795" cent along with a 2007-D Zincoln!

He doesn't even show it upright. I guess that makes it a little more difficult to compare, but then again it clearly looks fake to me.

Rotated or angled images always produce great big red flags for me. This one is no exception.

Haha, this is actually funny, it looks like a 20 year old coin, not 200.

The winning bid was $100. I guess everyone bidding knew it was a fake and the winner was willing to pay $100 for a fake. I wonder what their plan is for it?
