It is another counterfeit, sorry. You need to find a new source to buy coins from, such as maybe an American seller on ebay that will ship to portugal.

Chinese made counterfeit. If I were you I would be highly skeptical of any old US coin bought outside the US that is not slabbed by PCGS or NGC (and even some of those, too).

Counterfeit, color isn't that bad but the date is wrong.

About the 1898 date: it is the last "8" that looks funny.
It is a little smaller than on the genuine example posted by
SeatedNut.

It looks to me like the "1" in the date is also much different on the counterfeit. Might just be picture quality though.

Yap I contacted the seller that therre is a big probability that the coin is fake!

I pick upped a fake Trade dollar a while back. I sent it to Swamperbob a CCF member for authentication. My guess is most have traveled that road at least once.

Why not post a list of what you want? You could buy/sell/trade here. At least the coin will be real. I'm not sure what shipping costs are, but, you will have to keep that in mind. I would be willing to ship to you if you cover postage.
