swrbxxx, I traded some 90% US junk for my first 10 oz. NTR silver bar. With a 10 ounce bar you know there is some heft in your hand. Feels good to know you have a bar that size tucked away when silver goes passed the $50 mark. That tattoo being so detailed, must of been a long session in the chair. A question, will the ink fade over time?

i really like that koala. Can I ask how much you paid for it? Thinking of getting one for my collection. Have they made other 10 oz. ones for other years or is this the first?

Don't mess with Poseidon eh, lol....
He's getting a tattoo, he's getting ink done! He wanted a 13, but they drew a 31, lol....
I do like that tat, much going on different levels looks like. Poseidon up top on the boat. What looks like a Kraken maybe his in battle with and the chest of gold down on the bottom he is protecting perhaps....

IMO Perth Mint spams in sizes. 1oz, 2oz, 5oz, 10oz, 1kg almost every year, with their koalas, kookaburras, lunar coins.... Each coin superb in design and execution, like the 10oz koala pictured here, just beautiful. But, way too tiring for me to see them beat a nice design to death with all possible variety in weight. With the lunar series especially, add 4-5 different finishes to the list...

The koala, was moderately priced at 3.50oz over spot which isn't too bad, when you factor In the coinage I paid around spot for it all.
Rastatodd,
I have around 40 hours in the chair on that arm, as for fading it all depends on the ink,ink today is far superior to what it was even 10 years ago, but with more expensive ink comes a higher cost. You get what you pay for, and when it comes to my body art this is something I won't Nickle and dime around looking for the cheapest cost. This is something that will be on my body forever, I travel 4 hours to my artist who has won numerous convention awards and has many magazine features on top of paying $150 a hr. But at the end of the day to me it was well worth it couldn't be happier with the outcome on that arm. Working on the other sleeve also

40 hours. That's like punching into a full-time job. Must of taken quite a few sessions to complete. The artist did a fine job. Does the other arm have the same theme as well?
