Found this in a "reject tray" at my bank when I went to cash a check. I am not super familiar with canadian coins... But I do know that this is a "Large Cent" (much like the US Large Cents) and thats it! What is it's condition for a coin like this? Is it rare? What mintage? etc...

I'm kinda clueless!
