Nice looking coin. I'll go with MS-63. I would say 64 but it looks like there are some marks on the rim at about 9:00 on both sides and a little chatter in the fields on the reverse.

I'm hovering between MS63 and MS64 ... PCGS tends to go higher for bright Peace dollars .... sooo ... split the difference.

MS64 no problem, maybe even a 65 depending on luster, though I don't think this coin has enough to hit 65.
