I was sent these pictures to look at for someone and I am getting ready to run out for a little bit so I wanted to go ahead and post them here to see if anyone had any opinions on authenticity, I didn't see anything that stood out from the quick look over but figured if there was no definitive answer by when I come back I would look better

That is an incredible looking Trade dollar. Still I would have it weighed to verify it but nothing stands out to me to say imitation by your photos.

Stunning coin and it looks tried and true. Tough to find ungraded samples of this coin in that condition. Get it slabbed ASAP.

Its not my coin,it was emailed to me by a member for me to see if I thought nit was authentic and since I didn't have time to really take a good look at it I figured I would let the members here see if they spotted anything that should be of concern. After looking at the coin a little more I do not see anything that is sticking out screaming it is a fake. If you are looking at this (the member that sent it to me) I do not see anything that would cause me to say its fake and as for grade I am torn between AU-58 and MS-63 as I can't really tell if that in the hair is wear or just a weak strike. I do not see any wear on the parts I usually see it in so I am leaning towards UNC

Looks good to me, even has the "Longacre" doubling on the reverse letters. Nothing looks out of place. It does look like it may have been a bit over dipped from the photo at one time, but many coin were dipped out in the late 1980's, so nothing unusual there.

Looks good to me too.. As far as grade, i'd probably go AU-58. The lower left arm has the appearence of a little bit of wear imho.

I don't see anything suspicious about it. Very nice coin!
