Exactly cut should be in the design....it will be worth 20$ though.

I want to ask is it just a cutting error where the Obverse is cut just as close as the Reverse or does the front look correct and the reverse like this. If the front is the same as the back then I agree its just a cutting mistake and doesn't add any value but I have never seen a bill where the front looks corect and the reverse look like this. The reason I ask is because you only mention the back of the bill and no mention of the front looking the same

That is a good question to see if the printing is off on the reverse and not the cutting.
