I am really scared to buy anything from ebay , there are lot of counterfeits...i found this in ebay...can somebody help me with this?

how much are they asking as it's a bit rough..ok very rough. And I'm like you a little sceptical of fee bay. You might be better off putting a post in the want section on CCF and hopefully someone nice might be able to help you out if they have a spare one..ya just never know and less chance of it being fake..sorry I couldn't be of more help

Looks like it's got the green death (verdigris) , I wouldn't buy as it might infect your other coins , you should be able to pickup better for cheap, goodluck

Going by the bidding price it will be equal to just 1 1/2 US$... Few more days left for the auction ... lets see :)

I dont think you could even use that one as a gap filler! Even in VF-EF I would only be paying $10-30 dollars for a 1933 Aus penny. Even uf youre just starting our I would avoid any coins with verdigris. If all youre after is a low grade Aus penny then dont pay anymore than $2.

With those problems it is only worth bullion value; i.e about 10 to 20 cents.
