1960-D Repunched Mint Mark / RPM Lincoln Cent Need Help Identifying

It certainly looks like a D/D West, but the little half circle/ring to the west doesn't look like anything on coppercoins. Could it be just damage? This die has the outer loop spread that disappears in some die states. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/21/2012 12:06 pm I feel that is also damage. If a coin has a mark incuse (Press into the coin) it is coin damage. If it is raised from the coin, then it is a die issue. IE Scratches, chips, breaks, Cuds, die dents, die gouges, die dots, doubled dies, RPMs. Report this Post to the Staff
