I mean, it's still worth something to me because I don't see many dimes like it but I'm wondering if a die chip is collectible to others.

After you've gotten through a box or two you'll get a much better eye for what's common and what's unusual, what's an error and what's just damage. You'll even get an eye for the common places for cracks and chips and clashes on each series.
