I will have to go with AU-58. I can only see the slightest amount of wear.

AU-53 I am surprised that the TPG didn't hit you for that scratch on the coin, wonder which TPG did the slabbing? ANACS surely would have put scratched details on a new holder from the last year or so.

If still in the slab I would make sure it stayed there if it were mine. Don't get me wrong it is a nice coin just not a 62 in my opinion.

I didn't see any wear initially, but was going to go with 63BN.
I don't think that scratch is detrimental enough to be called a problem.

no I didnt think the scratch was that bad either,it is really light.
