The first coin in the fourth group is either too badly worn or the image is too bad to attribute. The second coin is a Constantine I campgate, but I need to be able to read the mintmark at the bottom of the reverse. It looks like SM - - dot or SH __ dot or SA _ _ dot. Without the mintmark, I won't be able to narrow it down.

The last coin you posted I believe is a fake of:
Vitellius Æ Sestertius. April-December 69 AD. A VITELLIVS GERMANICVS IMP AVG P M TR P, laureate & draped bust right / S-C, Mars, helmeted & nude but for flowing cloak, advancing right, holding spear in right hand & legionary aquila over left shoulder

I probably didn't check them all, but all coins that I saw attributed to Otacilia Severa were minted from silver. This may strengthen your fears that it's a fake.

WOW........JWHarper, you really know your coins! Great job. By the way, I am still trying to buy a few uncleaned coin on ebay cheap, so I can attempt to clean them and identify them. Sure is hard getting a good price on them, but I am still gonna try. Nice coins MVO!

Quote: you really know your coins! I'd love to think that, but it boils down to knowing where to look, what sources to check. I've been known to be wrong as evidenced on past threads on this forum. However, I enjoy trying to attribute the coins. Good luck on the uncleaned lot. I guess you need to just jump in and get some.

Even before the evidence DVC provided, I was fairly certain this coin was a fake. However, now I'm more than convinced.

Wow thanks guys. jwharper: Second coin in the fourth group, inscription on bottom of reverse to me looks like SNNS dot. What do you make of that? Do anyone know anything about coins in fifth group? For the first one I was told its Arcadius AE4, is that correct? Any other info on it?

jwharper: Mintmark- Its similar but not the same, on that coin as I can see its SMHS. Am I right? But on my coin it SN (third letter is blurry but I think its N) and S at the end. I'm pretty sure that second letter is N because the middle line isn't horizontal like on H.
