I'm thinking .... EF45-AU55? Still, I'm an amateur at this, and I would like to know what you guys think so I can hone my skills a bit.

GNH, welcome to the forum! Plenty of folk here with incredible amounts of expertise. For non-US coins, however, I'm not one of them, but it appears you're in the ballpark. The marks on the reverse of the five centimos do not appear to be bagmarks but rather from circulation. I'm not good at estimating wear on this coin, but it doesn't seem to have more than the minor scratches on it. AU-50 to AU-55 would be my guess.

Thanks Morgan! I was really close then, yay for me.

Oh, and yes I agree about the number of experienced collectors here. I did quite a bit for forums trolling before I signed up.
