Went to the bank to get some nickel rolls and was looking at the teller tray and saw these sitting there. Best find I have ever had with half dollars. Happy Hunting

Nice find. Best I have done on half's so far was a 1955 Franklin half out of a coin machine at the bank. They let me look through the bag as it had just been put back and only had a handful of coins in it.

It is such a cool feeling when you get loose halves from the teller tray and you find silver

Nice find. I always have the best luck with loose halves. I found 2 Franklins and a '67 in one teller tray a couple weeks ago.

Nice find.

A few weeks back I was able to spot a 1964 in the teller's coin sorter tray. I was picking up some nickels and asked if they had any halves.. No rolls to be had, but I asked "could I have that one", pointing to the one behind the counter in her tray... Nothing better than seeing 1964 that you can get for face value :) She was probably wondering why I wanted that specific coin. I was just surprised she didn't know what she had...

I have found quite a bit of silver over the last two months in halves, dimes and nickels but can't seem to make myself sell any of it. I guess for me it is like any other treasure hunt, I love the thrill of the hunt and want to keep all my finds because of the memories.
