I recently sent my application to NGC to get my ANA forms to send a few coins in to be graded. Does anyone happen to know how long it takes to get the ANA submittable form back?

I am not quite sure for what it is you are asking? The ANA no longer accepts coins for grading. That part of the company split off from the ANA and is called ANACS.

With NGC now being the preferred Third Party Grader ( TPG) for the ANA, you should not have to wait for any forms. You can download / access fill-able forms directly on the NGC site at this link:

No, I understand that the ANA does not grade coins. I am a ANA member and in order for NGC to grade my coins I had to send in the submission form that you mentioned and when they receive that they send me the ANA forms and a submittal number back, which I fill out and send it back with the coins I want graded. I was just wondering how long it takes to get the forms back from NGC. Confused? So am I, don't see the need for me to send them a form for them to send me a form.

I do not know how long it takes for NGC to send ANA members forms and to be honest I didn't know how the ANA members submitted to them. I know it takes about a month after you pay for a membership before they send you the packet from joining (maybe a week less)

I think you just need a submitter #. Last time I did that, I just printed the submission form from their website.

you may need to contact the ANA and have them give you a submission number and then if they can do that you can definitely print one off of their website. I always printed mine off of their website also, I had a submission there getting graded when I had my packet show up.

Edit: I clicked that link and I see you have to submit a form to NGC to get the submitter number. I am guessing you downloaded the ANA submission form and then sent it in to NGC like they said and it said they would be sending you the number as soon as they received the application
