Is this orange peel? On his lapel, is that a small die chip? On the date is that a bie cent?

In the photo the patches on the coin look like stains,, the little spot on the lapel could be a die chip or it could be damage that has wear on it ,, and the BIE occurs between the B and The E of liberty caused by a die chip .

I cant tell for sure what is up on the date ,, it looks like it could be post mint damage but from the pic I cant be sure .

A "BIE" cent cannot happen on the date, the letters "BIE" specifically mean a die chip or break between the letters "BE" of "LIBERTY" forming what looks like the letters "BIE". And it does appear as though you may have one.

The stains are just stains.

The lapel appears that it might have a small die chip, but I can't tell from the image.

I cannot tell what's wrong with the date. I would need a better image.

At any rate, even if everything wrong on the coin is die related it's not a premium value coin.
