Venetian ducats all have much the same design: Christ in a lozenge of stars on one side, the doge kneeling before St Mark on the other. The difference is found in the name of the doge, above his kneeling figure. Yours says "ANDR DANDVLO", which is the Latinized abbreviation for doge Andrea Dandolo (1343-1354).
