Quote: Is there an official ebay stance on "slabbed" in the title? In my opinion novice to average collectors consider "slabbed" synonymous with "certified" and could be deceived. Here is the reply I received... bolding mine.... Quote: I investigated these listings and confirmed that they violated our Selling Currency policy. As a result, I removed the listings. At this point in time there are no policies in place which restricted the use of the term "Slabbed." But, when the seller states the coin is Graded and slabbed we will end it, due to the use of the term "Graded." Good to know. Report this Post to the Staff

Only problem is the seller added DMPL to the title. I reported him as the slab did not show any PL or DPL grading. I heard nothing back from ebay, but noticed the seller re-listed it and placed DMPL in "" ... NGC MS62 "DMPL". In his comments he states it's DMPL and severely undergraded.
