I won't know the true grade of this until I get it in the mail. ebay is always a bit of a gamble, But I'm feelin lucky I will definitely post pic's when it comes and You can grade it for yourselves. This coin has become part of the family already  |

Quite frankly, the one you got trout looks stunning and I'd be surprised if it wasn't aUnc. Probably the only unknown is the obverse.

Hi Trout, I think the one from ebay does actually look a little better. And Erkle, I have always wanted a Melbourne florin  . But I don't think that is reasonable. I do like 1927 and would happily consider any good early (sterling) for a swap. My cash isn't tied up -that assumes you have some to start with.  I have bigger photos if anyone want me to send them. i might have a nice 36 and 16 or 17, there stashed away until my next silver coin comes in so I will check then and see if anything is worthy of offering
