I have a couple, and yes the
RedBook is a classic, it has most info one needs to answer questions about
US coins and coinage contained inside. There are a few books missing IMO, but it doesn't take away from the fact it's pretty complete. Not having books doesn't make you any less of a collector - just a less informed one
