Was surprised to find this coin waiting in my mailbox today. I am a newbie to this so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I quite liked it. A lot of texture and depth to the coin. p.s. also a newb to taking pictures.

MINT 2 must just be for Canada address, I get following note: '''You have attached the following coupon to your profile: MINT 2. Your coupon will apply automatically if the following applies to your order: Get free letter mail shipping when you quote promo code''' letter mail shipping is only for Canada. ca mint wants $12.99 to send just this 1 coin. Anyone else got a Promotional code for FREE shipping to USA, please save me $12.99

Penny4Me > Order the coin through Canada Post's website. It is free shipping from them. I have found them to be very quick and everything is always securely packaged. I have never seen a free shipping code for the RCM to the U.S.

I am not sure how long that coupon will last. Usually before I buy anything online I will search to see if there are any coupons. Just go to Google, and search for (in this case RCM) " Royal Canadian Mint Coupons" there are usually a couple of coupons for most major stores.

http://www.canadapost.ca/shop/colle...ecution=e1s1They must be a little slow in getting everything set up to be able to buy. The 2012 Uncirculated Set showed up on the site but also unavailable for awhile, but a few days later it was fine. Not sure what the delay is.

Quote: it is available on canada post site now It's on the website - you just can't order it. Place it the shopping cart and you'll see: But maybe canuck1us is right and it will be available later. For those who are interested, they do have the painted Titanic quarter and the sold-out niobium wolf available.

This coin is listed under Last Chance on the mint website. I think we all know what does that mean. Soon it will be Temporarily Out of Stock which implies Sold-Out.
