Common in all grades.
Based upon your photos I would say it is a very fine. The Liberty shows complete bands and the bow at the bottom of the reverse shows a nice split in the knot.
The color is good.
Whatever is on the face is the only factor with which some may have a problem. But as long as it is honest dirt/wear I would not try to clean the coin.
Retail value about $10 USD.

I would say this coin is around a mid VF.
