I'm pretty sure this is a dryer nickel vs some planchet error, just seeking opinions. First one I've seen in hand. Thanks

Coin on the left, 4.93 grams, is the coin in question, coin on the right, 5.0 grams, is a normal coin.

Yes classic dryer smooth finish usually from washer then dryer or maybe some types of dryer vanes with coin inside for years that little rattle sound......
