I was just curious about this type of anomaly on a penny. There is an obvious glob of copper before the word trust and to the bottom left of Lincoln is this something that happened at the mint? I call it my Dot Trust penny.

That could either be a small die chip which wouldn't carry a premium or it could just be zinc rot. The zinc beneath the copper begins to rot and causes the copper plating to bubble. You dest it by pushing on it with a wooden toothpick. In my opinion it looks like a small die chip.

to CCF. Those are plating issues. Contaminant get in there and cause air to get trapped that turns into zinc rot. Very common on what I call zincolns because they are zinc cores plated in copper. There seems to be some by the mint mark as well.

Zincolns, Love it! Didn't think it made it worth anything. Just got a kick out out of the In God We dot Trust. Thanks all!
