I thought ebay was going to shut down all replica coin on their site - finally.

Yet the category still remains...

Any idea why? I have noticed a lot less of the replica or copy coins cluttering up the normal US listings and that is a good thing.

That is odd. I have reported 3 or 4 coins that stated "replica or copy" in the ebay listing and they were ended right away.

Rest in Peace

Maybe they don't have a problem with clearly marked copies?

Check out the March 12th issue of Coin World. If the listing was there prior to a certain date, it stays until fruition. No more though.

The deadline should be gone by now and they still have an entire catagory labled as such is the strange thing. You would think the would pull it off completely.
