Team,

Well the long wait has paid off and here is what I got in the mail today. Yet another variety I needed on my never-ending quest to obtain the capped bust half dollar Dollar. Here is a very nice 1821, O-101a (check out the first S in STATES) which I took some pictures at an angle to try and capture the luster. I really think this coin could be considered PL if the right people had it to look at. It has had somne wear though. Oh well, here is a picture for you :)

It's a joy to watch your progress with this collection. Is that S upside-down?

By the way, why is your avatar a Darkside coin?

Chuckle, no special reason. An English Edward I Penny. It was just a neat coin I'd received when I joined the list. Susan uploaded it for me.

The (S) has a large Cud and die-crack going thru the top of the curl.

Thanks for looking
