A great lesson in how NOT to deal with queries - WTG patrick - kill him with kindness - obviously the Seller is not aware of "word of mouth" (from Marketing 101)advertising and the damage that it can do - he has been rude to one person and now many may have been put offside - not a good way to do business - as they say manners cost nothing
