I have a 1983 LMC with a slight Double D and a 10 deg reverse rotation. Is the tilted D common on this cent. Does it look like the D is somewhat doubled. Thanks for any help.

The rotation is minor. These are collectable, but rotated to a 45 degree plus is more desirable. The mint mark might be a split plating issue. A closer image would help. But no RPMs for that year look that way. If this were a RPM it would have many coins found with this for years now.

I agree with coop, but it just looks like a dramatic RPM and I'm surprised there isn't one attributed by FS or CONECA. You should definitely send the organization a this photo to confirm, it might be a new variety!
