Picked up this 1969C from the bank quite awhile back. Too bad someone wrote on it. I put it away in my collection.

Received these yesterday as a contest prize on another forum. Five uncirculated, consecutive SC Aces.

Nice series of Aces, Steve.

@Bryan, not sure the writing hurt the note too much given its wear. Still, cool find.

Bryan - Must agree, that's basically a spender, worth no more than FV.

I know it isn't worth more than face, but the fact that a 1969 bill $10 bill is till around, is pretty remarkable.

Very nice example of (to me) our country's most attractive large size note. Congrats!

Iconic Bison note Wheat. Looks like even, honest wear.
I love the BEP's decision to feature Lewis and Clark portraits.

tech - Great note that we seldom see on the forum. Tell us the backstory and how you grade it, please!

=======
The backstory: a year ago I found a Windom in a Canadian auction and placed a bid--didn't win. Found another Windom earlier this year and placed a bid--didn't win.
Found TWO Windom notes in a recent auction and bid on both, not sure what I would have done had I won both however. As it goes I lost one and won one.
Now, this one I had graded as a Fine+ and bid accordingly. The note arrived and I was pleasantly surprised to find I had under-graded AND enclosed was the label I've included in this post. I've contacted PMG about a possible re-holder.
Label included with the note, but no explanation:
