I agree that the note has great eye appeal, but respectfully disagree with the assigned grade of 67PPQ. I'm not happy with the margins on the front or the registration, (when viewed from the back). I'll almost guarantee if submitted to PMG, it would not do as well. When I was researching these notes, I was pleased to see how affordable uncirculated examples are even in these lofty grades. The Cleveland star had a high print run (60K) but many must have been issued during the 30's rather than during the later WWII release, accounting for their relative scarcity today.
