Wow, a 2017 $1 FRN and it DOESN'T receive an EPQ designation. What's up with that ?

Just found the final note to complete the 1953/1963 $2 Legal Tender star series in 66PQ.

The missing corner tip really hurts it. Seller only mentioned "folds" and nothing about the missing corner.

I mainly got it because I wanted a '28G $2 for my collection. I hope to get all of the classic small size series (up to $1,000) at some point in my life.
Save for the 1933A $10 SC, 1953C $5 SC, and the 1934 GCs, I should be able to get all of these within my lifetime.
