Cool note Sky. I believe that's Bobby Lee on the left, which seems unusual for an Obsolete dated 1875.

Yeah, it's Bobby Lee alright.
This was in a collection of stuff I bought about 6 months ago. Just kinda getting to it now with everything that's been going on. Had bigger fish to fry!
Coins and paper money sometimes get put on the back burner.

This note arrived today. I traded a 2009 $1 St.Louis star (67EPQ) for this note from a forum member on a different forum. It's from a low print run of 160K notes printed in December 2018.   |

Just got the $10 note to complete my 1914 Series set. Small stain brought this one into my price range. However, I think the eye appeal is better than the other notes I was considering with folds across the President's face.  |

Typically, less than .5% of all notes printed are replacement notes. They are used to replace defective and/or damaged notes. This particular note is the Key Note for the series and typically distributed in pairs, which makes them difficult to find especially in uncirculated condition...unlike some replacement notes that are distributed in packs of 100. A print run of 160K is very low compared to the billions of 2017 $20 FRNs printed and distributed. |

I received this note today. It's 1 of 4 star notes in the 2017 series that are 320K run. I sorta like this note because I'm from Jersey. Maybe one day I'll get lucky and acquire an ND* note (160K run).   |
