It doesn't seem there's much CCF interest in silver dollar "derivatives" based on the number of views of / responses to my previous two posts, but I'll finish up the posting of the six I planned for those that may find the images useful to their collecting pursuits...

Here is a second one for the 1999 Voyage of Juan Perez commemorative dollar; it isn't listed in my 2008 Charlton Standard Catalogue (maybe it's been added in more recent editions).

The set features a Brilliant Uncirculated silver dollar and a silver pin featuring the dollar's commemorative reverse design; both are sterling silver (0.925 fine). It was the third consecutive year the RCM issued a Silver Dollar and Collector Pin Set. The images below should give you a good idea of the packaging and historical information included.

Unfortunately, I don't have details regarding the set's original selling price (though I would guess in the $24.95 to $29.95 range based on other similar sets) or mintage. I am trying to track down the information, however, and will post any that I locate.

Enjoy!

Please see the bottom half of Image #3 for the interior of the package where the silver dollar and silver pin are displayed.
