My apologies Mrcruise. Never noticed it or seen one or knew it existed. I'm betting it doesn't and it's just another typo.

That crossed my mind also but I go my hands on 2011 Mcdonalds book and it is there again this time on page 117.
I would also think that a researcher/writter of the calibre of McDonald would have picked it up by now and corrected.
My guess is that there were reports early on perhaps during the 1970's or 1980's that prompted the inclusion of this item.
I have conducted some research of my own but have not uncovered anything on it.
This forum seems to have live samples of most other varieties mentioned in the McDOnald book so this forum is pretty much my last shot and deriving some information or better still and live pic on it
Perhaps some of the old timers on here can shed some light on the subject who were in the coin scene in the 70's + 80's....
The search continues.......
Can only imagine what it would be worth if found.

Every time I see "no sd" mentioned I wonder "Is it just a Grease Filled Die, rather than a die variety?"

I think along the same lines. Last time I did a sort of 2¢ coins I found a no SD" and also several very faint SD of varying degree. Certainly suggest grease filled.
