I have searched past auctions and consulted "Cherry Picker's..." for some pics to compare the difference between these 2 varieties...but still can't distinguish the difference?

Thanks for any help,
Ben

The open bud coin has just that...open buds. Look near the N of united. Also on the transition, the leaf under the U of United is placed below the center left of the U. On the normal coin, that leaf is placed slightly higher up the coin to the bottom right of the U. Believe this is correct. Hope it helps...Tough coin. G.L. Gusp
