On the obverse, the lightened patina over the high points helps to accentuate the wear. Pity. The detail on the eye and leaves is worn flat.
Reverse is more than a full grade better.

Because of the obverse, somewhere between VG8 and F12.
(I just happened to have my book on grading standards next to me.)

F-15 with a nice die crack behind the Queen's head just under the R in REG.
