It's possible. There are a huge number of doubled die reverses for 2009. They are cataloged at doubleddie.com - see if you can find yours there.

looks like 2009 1¢ FY WDDR-060 on Mr.Wexler's site,2009P-1DR-050 on Mr.Daughtrey's,but I was unable to match any markers.

That is a doubled die, but I wouldn't even attempt to attribute it from a photo. They are way too numerous to single out without having the coin in-hand.
