Hello People, I Purchased This 1922-P ANACS MS64 Peace dollar and I could use some info on it as it doesn't look like a normal one to me.. it almost looks like a DDO profile but I am still apprehensive to call it anything with out the brains of the coin bunch confirming it as such.. I cant seem to match it to a VAM and the oddest thing to me is whoever had this graded back when received a MS64 with no error attributes and I'm wondering if it is a sort of error or verity why wouldn't it be given a label by ANACS? Thank you all in advance and I am always looking to learn so any help is appreciated!

This is a link to a photo album with a good amount of pic from different angels here http://photobucket.com/ggddkksiiey8...0s44s7xbbww6

Also the profile on this VAM http://www.vamworld.com/1922-P+VAM-31 looks very similar so what is the difference between this images profile and the coin I have?

Your coin shows a huge separation between the strikes, far larger than VAM-31. If it's not identical, it's not the VAM.

As regards the variety not being on the label: You have to ask for, and pay for, variety attribution. Furthermore, only ANACS attributes them all, and only that for the last few years; your slab could predate it. I see no "smoking gun" attributes of a value- or interest-added VAM, so chances are even if it's a recent slab the submitter probably chose not to bother.
