The coin was found left outdoors till it turned Black. Someone thought they could use vingar & salt to make it red again. When they did that the dar finish flaked off the coin. I've seen this before. I ruined a dark coin that same way. Just don't try cleaning your coins. What you do tady may destroy the collectability of your coin's future.
