I'm basing that on the use of that particular type of cross (Cross Patee, I believe) but other countries also used it or variations. Report this Post to the Staff

Do a forum search for "1736 replica Spanish" and you'll find a bunch more, like this one. These replicas are sold at numerous "pirate-themed" tourist traps, including Disneyland.
